RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS AND APPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY PRIVATE INDUSTRY
COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Private Industry
Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Charles McDonald, labor union
representative; J. V. Teague, ag representative; Charles Meyers; Willie Morton,
small business representative; and Tom Ivory, Job Service associate member, be
reappointed to said council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Elly Natividad and Demetria Argos,
large business representatives, be appointed to said council, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Charles McDonald, J. V.
Teague, Charles Meyers, Willie Morton, and Tom Ivory to said council, with their
terms to expire December 31, 1996.
WHEREAS, the Board deems it adivsable to appoint Elly Natividad and
Demetria Argos to said council, with terms to expire December 31, 1996, and
December 31, 1994, respectively.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Charles McDonald, labor union representative; J. V.
Teague, ag representative; Charles Meyers; Willie Morton, small business
representative; and Tom Ivory, Job Service associate member, be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Weld County Private Industry Council, with their terms to
expire December 31, 1996.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Elly Natividad and Demetria Argos,
large business representatives, be, and hereby are, appointed to said council,
with terms to expire December 31, 1996, and December 31, 1994, respectively.
