Subject: Lundvall Gas Processing Plant located in the NW4 of Section 36, T5N,
R66W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado - USR-600.
Dear Mr. Kirkpatrick:
Thank you for your letter of April 5. As we discussed within the last several
days, the Department of Planning Services' staff has reviewed the Lundvall site
and has determined that the equipment shown on the plot plan you submitted was
approved with USR-600. The landscaping needs to be added as shown on the
recorded plat. The storage area was not permitted and must be removed.
In addition, the facility must be operated in compliance with the conditions of
approval and the development standards approved by the Board of County
Commissioners.

Dear Lanell :
In 1992, Associated Natural Gas, Inc . (ANGI ) purchased the
Lundvall Gas Processing Plant located in the NW1 /4 , Section
36, Township 5 North , Range 66 West . Enclosed herewith is a
copy of the original Lundvall plat and supportive
documentation for said plant in which a Use by Special Review
was approved by the Weld County Planning Services .
It is the intent that ANGI utilizes the remaining equipment
on said property and all equipment will remain on site. I
have enclosed a drawing of the proposed site for your
inspection .
If you have any questions concerning this matter , please call
me at the number shown below.
