RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN
TO SIGN EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH
W. D. FISCUS AND EDITH M. FISCUS
BE IT RESOIVED, that the Chairman of the Board be and he is
hereby authorized to sign Easement Agreement with W. D. Fiscus and
Edith M. Fiscus, copy of which is hereto attached.

acknowledged, the County hereby grants to the grantee an Easement on the
folloidng described premises, to lit:

Beginning at a point from which point the South east corner of Block 4,
Nidini ton'a P.ddition to that town of Ramer, Colorado beers S 660

Addition to the town of Rayner, Colorado, being in the Ni ti Section 3,

part thereof which stands on the "Subject Presses", is
destroyed, damaged or removed;

of Highways, at any time determines that said and is necessary
for widening the traveled way of raod bed over and above the thirty
(30) feet shown on the Typical Section of Colorado Derartment of
