WHEREAS, F. V. WARDMAN
whose address is CARR, 001,0ApO and doing business as

Sixty-two (62) WEST
has filed h is application for a liquor license to sell malt, vinous and spir—
ituous liquors by the drink only at the above location, and
WHEREAS, he has exhibited a State License therefor, issued by the Sec—
retary of State, together with receipt to-wit: for the payment of Federal Taxes
thereon, and
WHEREAS, he ha now tendered with said written application for County
License, the fee of Three Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($325.00) as provided by law
for the issuance of such County License, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado es the
proper licensing authority under and for the County of Weld, State of Colorado, out-
side of cities and towns, has investigated the character of the applicant and found
no remonstrances or objections on file against the granting of such license and
found no record against F. V_ Wardman
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the application of the said F V Wardman
for a liquor license to sell malt,vinous
and spirituous liquors by the drink only, be and the same is hereby granted as by
law directed and in the manner provided by law.
The above and foregoing resolution was, o o io 1 made and seconded,

TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY CONLISSIONERS
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO • Greeley, Colorado
F. V. Wardman whose address is
C,rr. Coloredn and whose place of business is known as
ilbg ROCyPORT INN, on Highway No. B5, the huilding heing 1nrated in the
SE+* Section 20, Township 11, North, Range bb war+
hereby makes application for a license to sell Beer, Wine and Spirituous liquors by
the drink only.
Said Applicant is a Individgal operating under the name of
ROCKPORT INN at the above described location.
Applicant will not permit any wholesaler or manufacturer of any alcoholic
beverage to be interested financially, by loan or otherwise, in h business and
will not use any equipment, fixtures, chattels or decorations owned or supplied by
any manufacturer or wholesaler and no distillery, brewer or wholesaler has any di—
rect or indirect financial interest in its business.
The applicant agree that all sales under this license applied for will
be conducted in strict conformity with all the laws of the State of Colorado and any
violation of said laws will be cause for revocation of said license.
