We have discovered, however, that I notice of the hearing was not published in the legal newspaper, the New News. Copies were mailed to adjacent landowners and a courtesy copy was published in the Ft. Lupton Press, but since the New News is the legal publication, Lee Morrison has indicated that the hearing will need to be continued to October 31. He has instructed me to remail the notices to adjacent landowers and arrange for proper publication prior to October 31. If you have any problems with continuing this matter to October 31, please let me know. Hello
