THIS MATTER was heard by the Board of Assessment Appeals on

FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS:
I . Subject property is described as follows:
PERSONAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 905 16TH STREET ,
GREELEY, COLORADO (Weld County Schedule Number
P 0001395)
2. Petitioner is requesting an abatement of 1988 taxes on
the subject personal property.
3. The Notice of Hearing mailed to Petitioner was returned ;
attempts to contact Petitioner were unsuccessful . From a review
of the file, Petitioner did not submit any documentation that the
Board could use to make a decision as to the 1988 taxes on the
subject personal property.
4. Petitioner failed to meet the burden of proof , in
accordance with the Board' s Rule 14.
