RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CANCELLATION OF LEASEHOLD AND PERSONAL PROPERTY
TAXES FOR 1987 AND 1988 - FALCON-ANDRAU ENERGY COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request for cancellation of
certain leasehold and personal property taxes for the years of 1987 and 1988 on
the company known as Falcon-Andrau Energy Company, and
WHEREAS, said matter was considered by the Board at a regular meeting held
on July 25, 1994, at which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said
matter until August 3, 1994, to allow staff adequate time to research said
matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter be, and hereby is, continued to August 3,
1994, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of July, A.D. , 1994.
