RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION #1653 - HEIN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the request for Recorded Exemption #1653 was submitted by Richard Hein,
6386 Weld County Road 23, Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621, for property which is described as Lot 2
of Amended RE #555, located in part of the SE 1/4 of Section 11, Township 2 North, Range 67
West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly described in the plat which
shall be provided by the applicant and known as Exhibit "A", said plat to be recorded, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on November 2, 1994, at which time the
Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter one week, to November 9, 1994, at the
applicant's request, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing on November 9, 1994, said applicant was not present, and the
Board deemed it advisable to continue said request to November 21, 1994, to allow the applicant
to be present.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter be, and hereby is, continued to November 21, 1994, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 9th day of November, A.D., 1994.
