RE: APPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION TO WELD COUNTY SHERIFF' S
OFFICE FROM PLATTE RIVER BY-PRODUCTS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Platte River By-Products donated a storage trailer
for evidence overflow to the Weld County Sheriff' s Office, and
WHEREAS , it is the policy of Weld County to formally accept
all donations via Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the donation of a
storage trailer for evidence overflow to the Weld County Sheriff' s
Office from Platte River By-Products be, and hereby is, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that a copy of this
Resolution, along with a letter of appreciation, be forwarded to
Platte River By-Products.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 5th day of
November, A.D. , 1990 .

We would like to make a donation of a trailer for this
