RE: RESCIND RESOLUTION, DATED AUGUST 24, 1992, APPROVING NON-FINANCIAL
AGREEMENT WITH SCHOOL OF NURSING, UNIVERSITY OF NORTHERN COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution (Document #920813), dated August 24, 1992, the Board
approved a Non-Financial Agreement between the School of Nursing, University of
Northern Colorado, and the Weld County Health Department, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been advised that, by Resolution (Document #920513) ,
dated June 15, 1992, the Board approved a Non-Financial Agreement between the
Weld County Health Department and the University of Northern Colorado's School
of Nursing, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to rescind said
Resolution dated August 24, 1992, to avoid duplication.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Resolution (Document #920813) , dated August 24, 1992,
approving a Non-Financial Agreement between the School of Nursing, University of
Northern Colorado, and the Weld County Health Department, be, and hereby is,
rescinded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of September, A.D. , 1992.

RE: APPROVE NON-FINANCIAL AGREEMENT WITH SCHOOL OF NURSING, UNIVERSITY OF
NORTHERN COLORADO, AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Non-financial Agreement
between the School of Nursing, University of Northern Colorado, and the Weld
County Health Department, commencing July 1, 1992, and ending June 30, 1995, with
the further terms and conditions being as stated in said agreement, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said
agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Non-financial Agreement between the School of Nursing,
University of Northern Colorado, and the Weld County Health Department be, and
hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is,
authorized to sign said agreement.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of August, A.D. , 1992, nunc pro
tunc July 1, 1992.

RE: APPROVE NON-FINANCIAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN WELD COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND
UNIVERSITY OF NORTHERN COLORADO'S SCHOOL OF NURSING AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN
TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Non-Financial Agreement
between the Weld County Health Department and the University of Northern
Colorado's School of Nursing, commencing July 1, 1992, and ending June 30, 1995,
with the further terms and conditions being as stated in said agreement, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said
agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Non-Financial Agreement between the Weld County Health
Department and the University of Northern Colorado's School of Nursing be, and
