FOR PREADVERTISEMENT OF SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Cache Exploration, Inc. for preadvertisement of an application for a Special Review Permit to drill four oil and gas wells, and WHEREAS, said property is described as part of the SW! of Section 24, Township 6 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, after study and review the Board deems it advisable to grant said request, with the hearing date to be set as December 16, 1992, at 10:00 a.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request from Cache Exploration, Inc. for preadvertisement of an application for a Special Review Permit to drill four oil and gas wells be, and hereby is, granted. Our goal is to appear before the Board at its December 16 meeting, since significant economic hardship will result if the wells are not actually drilled before December 31, 1992. Cache understands that it will be responsible for the full cost of advertising for such hearing before the Board of Weld County Commissioners in connection with the Use by Special Review, regardless of the recommendation of the Weld County Planning Commission and any decision by Cache not to pursue the Use by Special Review.
