RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE RATIFICATION OF APPOINTMENT OF RICK DILL TO WELD 911 EMERGENCY
TELEPHONE SERVICE AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld 911 Emergency Telephone
Service Authority Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Rick Dill be appointed to said board
to replace Mike Miller as the Sheriff's Office appointee, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to ratify the appointment of Rick
Dill to said board, with his term to expire January 12, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the appointment of Rick Dill to the Weld 911 Emergency
Telephone Service Authority Board be, and hereby is, ratified, with his term to
expire January 12, 1993.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day of June, A.D. , 1992.
