Dear Brian,
I am subMitting the following request for your approval. On August 22, 1990
I will be closing the purchase of property located at 379 Highway 52, Erie, Co.
The property is presently owned by Barbara McMynn and Mike Iaage. They will
continue to operate a retarded children group care hone after closing. I have
leased this property to than, filling a vital need for this type of service. I
hope to continue this lease for many years.
The remainder of the property approximatly 12 acres including barn, corrals
and pasture I intend to operate in the raising of horses, breeding, breaking &
training, hay cutting and etc. incident to such an operation. This will be an
ongoing operation in conjuction with the above stated care hone for retarded
children.
I am asking for approval to move a mobile hone on said property. It could
be located along right of way easement East of present dwelling among trees and
would be mounted close to ground level and fenced, scarcely noticeable from Hwy.
52. I would intend to connect onto existing septic system, if possible. This
system was enlarged, inspected, & completed in 1985. It would also be served
by present well water, electricity, & Public Service gas.
I would continue to use this mobile home as a place for a caretaker for my
horse raising & farming (cutting hay) operation. At the present time due to severe
illness requiring constant tome for my bedridden wife I am unable to move here.
God willing I hope to before too long to move on to the premises myself.
Therefore I am asking for '_vat: approval for this mobile home. I will
continue this complete o - cil_
P Aeration as such and would only sell, if necessary, as
such an operation. I thank you for any consideration that you may render to
expidite the completion of this request.
Sincerely,
y- cam, -
