Petitioners are protesting the 1991 actual value of the subject commercial property. 3 . The parties agreed that the 1991 actual value of the subject property should be reduced to: Land $ 133 , 500. 00 Improvements $1, 966 , 500. 00 Total $2, 100, 000.00 4 . Petitioner(s) and Respondent hereby enter into this Stipulation regarding the tax year 1991 valuation of the subject property, and jointly move the Board of Assessment Appeals to enter its order based on this Stipulation. The valuation, as established above, shall be binding only with respect to tax year 1991 . 7. Brief narrative as to why the reduction was made: A protective denial was given at C.B.O.E. After reviewing the cost, Market, and Income approaches to value a small adjustment seems appropriate. 8 . Both parties agree that the hearing scheduled before the Board of Assessment Appeals on March 9 , 1992 (date) at 3 :00 P.M. (time) be vacated; or, a hearing has not yet been scheduled before the Board of Assessment Appeals (check if appropriate) .
