RE: APPROVE PURCHASE OF USED EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the
thority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado,
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the Board of County
Commissioners to purchase used equipment by Resolution, and
WHEREAS , the Road and Bridge Department wishes to purchase
one lot of bridge girders , including 10 each W18 and 13 each W15
beams, from Paramount Construction, for the sum of $2 ,000 .00 , and
WHEREAS , after review, the Board deems it advisable to
purchase said equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Coy
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, hereby authorizes purchase
of the above mentioned equipment in the amount of $2 , 000 . 00 from
Paramount Construction, Inc.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day

Per our conversation on 1-9-90, Paramount Construction, Inc. will
sell to Weld County, 1 lot of bridge girders ( including 10 each
W18 and 13 each W15 beams)for a lump sum price of $ 2,000.00. The
girders are located at the intersection of Orchard Road and Colo.
Blvd. in Greenwood Village, Co.
Weld County is to supply transportation from the jobsite and Para-
mount Construction, Inc. will supply equipment to load the beams.
If this offer is acceptable, the girders are available for immediate
pick up.
