RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING TAX ABATEMENT PETITION - HENRY BRALY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a tax abatement petition,
Schedule Numbers 130932407002, 130932406001-6004, 130932406006-6010,
130932406012-6015, 130932406022, and 130932405028-5033 from Henry Braly, P.O. Box
1001, Longmont, Colorado 80502-1001, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on March 8, 1993 at which time
the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to March 31, 1993 at 9:00
a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
March 31, 1993 at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of March, A.D. , 1993.
