FOR GROUND TO BE USED FOR ROAD MATERIALS FOR USE BY ROAD DISTRICT #3, LOCATED
IN SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE 66 WEST:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they accept Warranty Deed from Valley View Grange #326, for ground
to be used for road materials for use by Road District #3, located in the Southeast
corner of Section 19, Township 1 North, Range 66 West, of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 19, Township 1 North,
Range 66 West, of the 6th P.M. , thence, North 0° 15' West along the East line of
said section, 1340.0 feet; thence, West parallel to the South line of said section,
1859.0 feet; thence, North 350.0 feet to the true point of beginning; thence,
continuing North a distance of 161.8 feet; thence, North 47° 34' West, 525.0 feet;
thence, North 3° 00' West 425.5 feet, more or less to the North line of the Southeast
Quarter of said section; thence, North 89° 47' East along said North line, 504.6 feet
to a point, said point being 1758.4 feet West of the East quarter corner of said
section; thence, South 428.0 feet; thence, South 10° 10' East 286.0 feet; thence,
South 36° 10' East 289.5 feet; thence, West 316.2 feet to the true point of beginning.
Contains 8.42 acres, more or less, as per attached Certificate of Survey, tract 2,
by Robert L. Sandquist, Registered P.E. and L.S. No. 2827, dated April 10, 1958.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Weld County, Colorado, issue to said Valley
View Grange #326, its Warrant for $5,000.00 in payment therefor.
Reference is hereby madeto the Records of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder,
Book 1508 at Page 191 , and to Road &Bridge Expense Warrant # 2210 , dated
July 31, 1958.

TOGETHER with all and singular the hereditarnents and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise
appertaining, and the reversion or reversions, remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the estate,
right,title, interest,claim and demand whatsoever of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, of, in
and to the above bargained premises with the hereditaments and appurtenances.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises above bargained and described, with the appurtenances unto the
said part 7 of the second part, its successor theirnd assigns forever. And the said
Valley View Grange No. 326, party of the first part, for itself,
and its successors, doth covenant, grant, bargain, and agree to and with the said part 7 of the second part,
its successor inn and assigns, that at the time of the ensealing and delivery of these presents it is well
seized of the premises above conveyed, as of a good, sure, perfect, absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance, in
law, in fee simple, and hath good right, full power and lawful authority to grant, bargain, sell and convey the same
in manner and form aforesaid, and that the same are free and clear from all former and ether grants, bargains, sales,
liens,taxes, assessments and incumbrances of whatever kind or nature soever;
and the above bargained premises in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said part 7 of the second part,
