RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING TWO QUIT CLAIM DEEDS TO CITY OF EVANS - LOTS 8
AND 9, BLOCK 173
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with two Quit Claim Deeds to the City
of Evans concerning portions of Lots 8 and 9, Block 173, City of Evans, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on October 3, 1994, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter one week to allow
staff adequate time to confer with the City of Evans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter be, and hereby is, continued to October 10,
1994, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of October, A.D. , 1994.
