RE: GRANT MANUFACTURED HOME ZONING PERMIT NO. 121 - REINICK
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the
12th day of May, 1993, considered the request of Rolland Reinick for a
manufactured home to be used as a principal dwelling, and
WHEREAS, said manufactured home is to be occupied in an A (Agricultural)
Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows:
Part of the W? NW* of Section 10, Township 4 North,
Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony of
those present, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the request of Rolland Reinick for permission to place a
manufactured home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described
parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with Section 46 of the Weld
County Zoning Ordinance be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of May, A.D. , 1993.

Subject: MHZP-121 -Request for a Zoning Permit for a Manufactured Home to be used as
a principal dwelling on a parcel of land described as part of the W2 NW4 of
Section 10, T4N, R64W of the -6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
Dear Mr. Reinick:
I have scheduled a meeting with the Board of County Commissioners on Wednesday, May 12,
1993, at 9:00 a.m. to consider your application. This meeting will take place in the
County Commissioners' Hearing Room, first floor, Weld County Centennial Center, 915 Tenth
Street, Ireeley, Colorado. It is recommended that you or -a representative be in
attendance to answer any questions the Board of County Commissioners might have with
respect to your application.
It is the responsibility of an applicant to see that a sign is posted on the property
under consideration at least 10 days preceding the -hearing date. Sometime prior to April
28, 1993, you or a representative should call me to obtain a sign to be posted on the
site no later than April 30, 1993. The sign shall be posted adjacent to and visible from
a publicly maintained road right-of-way. In the event the property under consideration
is not adjacent to a publicly maintained road right-of-way, the applicant shall post one
sign in the most prominent place on the property and post a second sign at the point at
which the driveway (access drive) intersects a publicly maintained road right-of--way.
Your sign posting certificate must be returned to the Department of Planning Services'
office on or before the date of the hearing.
The Department of iPlanning Services' staff will make a recommendation concerning this
