You are directed to make the following changes in this Contract:
1. Install conduit for fiber optics per drawing Cl rc.ised. Add: $4,474.00
2. Extend three conduits 95 LF to north for future fiber optics. Add: 1,.134.00
3. Install fire hydrants at 1400 & 1402. Add: 15,100.00
4. Change light base for fixture "L" to 18" dia. in lieu of
specified base. Add: 742.00
Add one knox box to each building per firs department. Add: 519.00
6. Lower subgrade in building 1400 to required elevation. Add: 571.00
7. Additional survey costs Add: 355.00
8. Add three dedicated circuits in Electrical rooms in each
building. Add: 462.00
The original Contract Sum was S 1,658,000.00
