The original contract with Rust, Environmental and Infrastructure was approved by the Commissioners on April 4, 1994. In that Agreement, provisions were made to analyze alternate alignments. The project has been completed and a change order increasing the original contract amount of$2,500 to a final project cost of$4,705.45 is required.
