RE: GRANT REQDEST OF PLANNING DEPARTMENT SO PREADVERTISE BIIBLLC
HEARING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners Ef Weld County,
Colorado , pursuant to Colorado statute and the 14eld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Department has submitted a
request to the Board that the public hearing for the purpose of
considering an increased fee for Special Review Permit
applications for Solid Waste Disposal Sites and Facilities te
preadvertised, and
WHEREAS, a copy of said request is -attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it appropriate to
grant said Bequest to preadvertise this matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the _request of the
Weld County Planning Department to preadvertise the public hearing
to consider an increased fee for Special Review Permit
applications for Solid Waste "Disposal Sites and Facilities be, and
hereby is, granted.
BE aT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the hearing date to
consider said matter be set for Tune 20 , 199D , at 10 : 00 A.M.
The above and -foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of
June, A.D. , 1990 .

NOTICE OF -PUBLIC -HEARING
The Weld County Planning Commission -will conduct a -public hearing at 1:30
p.m. _on June 19, 1-990, in the County Commissioners' Hearing Room, -First
-Floor (01D1) , Weld _County Centennial Center, 913 -Tenth Street, Greeley,
Colorado, for the purpose of considering an increased fee for Special Review
permit applications for Sold Waste Disposal -Sites and Facilities.
All persons in any manner interested are requested to attend the hearing and
may be heard.
Copies of the materials are available for Tublic inspection in the
Department of Planning Services, -Room 342, Weld County _Centennial Center,
915 -Tenth Street, _Greeley, Colorado, - Phone - 356-4000, Extension 4400.
