RE: APPROVE RELEASE OF SURETY AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN -
ARROWHEAD SUBDIVISION, FOURTH FILING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
oColorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
- Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
i0 affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
A WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Release of
a
0 3 Surety for Bond No. BND 2201738 issued by Continenta nsurance
Companies on behalf of Steve
S. Lunvall in and favor of Weld County
w w for Arrowhead Subdivision, Filing,

o WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to
w approve said Release upon the recommendation of the Weld County
Engineer who , after inspection, has determined that all terms ,

Na NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
