RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING FIVE TAX ABATEMENT PETITIONS FROM BASIN
OPERATING COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with five Tax Abatement Petitions,
Schedule Numbers 0-0110192, 0-0163593, 0-0163493, 0-0186293, and 0-0186193, from
Basin Operating Company on properties described as:
LEASEHOLD INT NW4NW4 4 4 66 (WEBBER 11-4) ; NE4NE4 36 2
68 (FREDERICK D-1) ; NE4NE4 36 2 68 (FREDERICK /C/) ;
NE4NE4 36 2 68 (FREDERICK B 1) ; EQUIP. NE4 36 2 68 PROD.
NW4 31 2 67 (FREDERICK A 1)
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on March 7, 1994, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said petitions one week to allow
the Assessor to confirm that said petitions are for the year 1993, not 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the five abovementioned Tax Abatement Petitions from Basin
Operating Company be, and hereby are, continued to March 14, 1994, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of March, A.D. , 1994.
