RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO WELD COUNTY BOARD
OF PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Board
of Public Health, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jack Hill be appointed
to represent District 5 , and Norma Taylor be appointed to an
at-large position on said Board, with their terms to expire May
23 , 1993 , and
WHEREAS, it has also been recommended that DeeAnn Groves be
reappointed to her at-large position on said Board, with her term
to expire May 23 , 1992, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Jack Hill
and Norma Taylor to the Weld County Board of Public Health, with
their terms to expire May 23 , 1993 , and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reapoint DeeAnn
Groves to said Board, with her term to expire May 23 , 1992 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Jack Hill and Norma
Taylor be, and hereby are, appointed to the Weld County Board of
Public Health, with their terms to expire May 23 , 1993 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that DeeAnn Groves be,
and hereby is, reappointed to said Board, with his term to expire
May 23 , 1992 .

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
May, A.D. , 1990 .
