RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT FOR AN AGRICULTURAL SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT (PICKLE PROCESSING FACILITY) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - LYNN FAGERBERG WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 26th day of May, 1993, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the application of Lynn Fagerberg, 18271 Weld County Road 70, Eaton, Colorado 80615, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for an agricultural service establishment (pickle processing facility) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real estate, to-wit: Part of the WI SWa of Section 7, Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, said applicant was not present, and WHEREAS, the Planning staff advised the Board that the required sign posting had not been done in a timely manner and recommended the Board continue said matter to June 2, 1993, and WHEREAS, the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter, based upon the recommendation of the Planning staff. Kirkmeyer Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Shelly Miller County Attorney, Bruce Barker Planning Department representative, Lanell Adler The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated May 10, 1993, and duly published May 13, 1993, in the Windsor Beacon, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Lynn Fagerberg for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for an agricultural service establishment (pickle processing facility) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Bruce Barker, County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Lanell Adler, Planning Department representative, said the applicant did not meet the sign posting requirements and recommended continuing said matter to June 2, 1993. Lynn Fagerberg, applicant, was not present, and there was no public testimony offered concerning this matter. Commissioner Kirkmeyer moved to continue the request of Lynn Fagerberg for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for an agricultural service establishment (pickle processing facility) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, based on the recommendation of the Planning staff, to June 2, 1993, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Baxter. Commissioner Hall noted he would not be present that day. The motion carried unanimously. This Certification was approved on the 2nd day of June, 1993.
