RE: APPROVE CLOSURE OF MOTOR VEHICLE AND RECORDING OFFICES ON OCTOBER 19, 1992
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on October 17, 1992, the Clerk and Recorder will begin moving to
the Weld County Business Park on North 11th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to close the Motor Vehicle and
Recording Offices on October 19, 1992, to allow time for said move.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the closure of the Motor Vehicle and Recording Offices on
October 19, 1992, be, and hereby, is approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of September, A.D. , 1992.
