RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE RELEASE OF COLLATERAL - PLEASANT VIEW ACRES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated October 27, 1993, the Board did approve an
Improvements Agreement According to Policy Regarding Collateral for Improvements
for Private Road Maintenance with Pristine Investments for the Pleasant View
Acres Minor Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said agreement personal check #1008, drawn on the
Berthoud National Bank, in the amount of $32,340 was submitted to Weld County,
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Planning Services has recommended partial
release of collateral held as a result of inspections and approvals presented to
them by the affected utilities and the Weld County Department of Public Works,
in the amount of $12,041.66; $8,071.73 payable to Pittington Construction, Inc. ,
and $3,969.93 payable to Pristine Investments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that a portion of collateral held in conjunction with an
Improvements Agreement According to Policy Regarding Collateral for Improvements
for Private Road Maintenance with Pristine Investments for the Pleasant View
Acres Minor Subdivision, in the amount of $12,041.66, be, and hereby is,
released.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be, and
hereby is, directed to process warrants to Pittington Construction, Inc. in the
amount of $8,071.73 and Pristine Investments in the amount of $3,696.93.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of May, A.D. , 1994.

RE : Recommendation of Approval to Release Collateral
The Department of Planning Services has accumulated comments
regarding completion of the improvements in accordance with the
Improvements Agreement according to policy regarding collateral for
improvements dated the 1st day of November, 1993 regarding
Pleasant View Acres (Title of Development) . The Department of
Planning Services recommends release of (all) or (a portion) of the
collateral held to secure the agreement as a result of the
inspections and approvals presented to us by the affected utilities
and the Weld County Engineering Department. The amount recommended
to be released is $12,041 .66 : $8,071 .73 payable to Pittington Construction,
Inc. and $3,969.93 payable to Pristine Inv .

Enclosed, please find an invoice bill from Pittington Construction,
Inc. for $8,071.73. This amount is the final billing on the road
construction in Pleasant View Acres Miner Subdivision. The road
in this subdivision has been completed.
Also, please find a copy of invoice and check that Pristine Inv.
paid to Pittington Construction, Inc. for $3,969.93 for the
street grading and grading for the swale.
I hereby request that the Clerk issue a check in the amount of
$8,071.73 payable to Pittington Construction, Inc. , and also issue
a check in the amount of $3,969.93 payable to Pristine Inv. as
reimbursement for the $3,969.93 paid to Pittington Construction.
All of the improvements in this subdivision have been completed,
except for the street signs and construction of the concrete box
located in the berm. The remaining improvements will not require
more than $1,250.00 to complete.

This memo is to release funds and verify that the work has been completed on
the road grading and grading for the swale area in the amount of $3,969.93.
I have also inspected the street base and culvert items on the site. The
gravel base is in place, verify a 24' width with 6' shoulders.
The cul-de-sac is in place. This item can be paid in the amount of $8,071.73.
The above items can be released from the improvements agreement.
