Shinkle who resides at 2852-15th Avenue Court, Greeley, CO 80631, and Mr. Clayton C. Stanley, who resides at 2857-15th Avenue Court, Greeley, CO 80631. This letter shall serve to advise you on behalf of Mr. Shinkle and Mr. Stanley that the warehouse located on the above described property is no longer used in connection with the Special Use Permit provisions and that accordingly this letter shall serve to advise you on behalf of Mr. Shinkle and Mr. Stanley that the Special Use Permit heretofore granted September 17, 1980 by the Weld County Board of County Commissioners should be revoked and terminated. At your convenience I would appreciate your giving me confirmation of the termination of the Special Use Permit pertaining to the above described parcel.
