IN THE MATTER OF SETTING THE MILL LEVY FOR THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION FOR WELD
COUNTY, COLORADO, FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO:
That it is necessary, by Colorado statutes and by the Home Rule Charter of
o Weld County, Colorado, to set the annual mill levy for the annual appropriation
o ;) for Weld County Colorado for Fiscal Year 1992, and

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
adopted the annual budget in accordance with the Local Government Budget Law, on

Treasurer of Weld County, Colorado, be, and hereby are, authorized and directed
Q a to make such entries upon their books, at such time or times as will be necessary
N to make this Mill Levy Ordinance for the annual appropriation for Weld County,
Colorado, for Fiscal Year 1992, effective.

W BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board that an emergency exists inasmuch as
m U State law requires that the mill levy of Weld County, Colorado, be enacted on or
y z before the 15th day of December, 1991, and; therefore, this Ordinance is declared
--I F{ to be an Emergency Ordinance under the provisions of Section 3-14 of the Weld
H County Home Rule Charter.
