Subject: Amended Site Application - SUP 325 - on a parcel of land described
as part of the NE4 SW4 of Section 3, T1N, R65W of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado.
Dear Mr. Sisson:
Thank you for your letter of February 11, 1994 and supporting information. This
letter addresses an amended site application for the Hudson sanitation district
to allow the use of an ozonator at the Hudson facility to improve the operation
of the facility. Department of Planning Services' staff has reviewed the
information and determined that the proposed changes are not considered to be
major changes to the approved Special Use Permit Number 325. The staff has
determined that the proposed changes are not in conflict with the Weld County
Comprehensive Plan.
