STREETS AND AVENUES IN THE)GREELEY INDUSTRIAL SUB-
DIVISION, WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, IN BEHALF OF THE
PUBLIC:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby accept the dedication of streets and avenues in the
Greeley Industrial Subdivision, Weld County, Colorado, in behalf of the public,
from A. F. Ray; Ida H. Ray; Vern W. Johnson, Earl R. Collins; Jean Collins;
Weld County Savings Bank, a Colorado Corporation as beneficiary of a Deed of
Trust; and The Lexington Mill and Elevator Company, as beneficiary of a Deed
of Trust; and Martin G. Field, Public Trustee of Weld County, Colorado, to-wit:
That the above named, being all the sole owners in fee of that portion
of the street and avenue vacated by the Town of Barden City, Colorado,
being property described as that portion of 26th Street lying East of
the West line of 5th Avenue and 5th Avenue between 25th and 26th Street
formerly in Ray's Subdivision, Third Addition to Garden City, Weld
County, Colorado, and located in Section 17, Township 5 North, Range
65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, do hereby set aside
said parcel or tract of land and designate the same "Greeley Industrial
Subdivision", Weld County, Colorado, that we do dedicate and grant to
the public the streets and avenues as shown on the attached map for the
use of the public, and hereby set aside the perpetual right-of-way to
the use of the roads and streets for the laying of gas and water pipes,
mains, etc, to erect teliphone poles and to use the same for public
thoroughfare, and we do further certify that the width of the streets,
the dimensions of the lots and blocks and the names and numbers thereof
are correctly designated upon said map, that all taxes assessed have
been fully paid and that the scale thereof is one inch to one hundred
feet.
Reference is hereby made to the records of the Weld County Recorder, Weld County,
(Plat
Colorado, Book) 9 Page 42 .
