HomeMy WebLinkAbout900706.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1673 - DONALD MARTIN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 8th day of August, 1990 , considered the request of Donald Martin for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Part of the Ni SE} , Section 12 , Township 3 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) The noncommercial junkyard shall be properly screened or removed from the property; 2) A Weld County Septic Permit is required for the proposed home septic system and shall be installed according to the Weld County Individual Sewage Disposal Regulations; and 3) An I.S.D.S. Evaluation on all existing septic systems will be necessary prior to issuing the required septic permit on the existing system. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Donald Martin for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the hereinabove listed conditions.
