RE: APPROVE CHANGE OF CORPORATE STRUCTURE FOR TEXACO OF COLORADO, INC., DBA
TEXACO #104, AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Texaco of Colorado, Inc., dba Texaco #104, holder of a 3.27 Beer
License in Weld County, Colorado, has presented the Board with a Change of
Corporate Structure, and
WHEREAS, said change of corporate structure is as follows: John M. Castelo
replaces Richard R. Irvine as President and Secretary, and
WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable to approve
said change of corporate structure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Change of Corporate Structure submitted by Texaco of
Colorado, Inc., dba Texaco #104, be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman he, and hereby is,
authorized to sign said change.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of July, A.D., 1994.

Notice, it was decided that in compliance with HB-1154 (effective
July 1, 1994), the following changes have been made in the
