RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF MICHAEL GUTHRIE TO WELD COUNTY COMMUNITY
CORRECTIONS BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Community
Corrections Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Michael Guthrie be appointed to said
board, to replace Dick Evans, as the representative with law enforcement
background, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Michael Guthrie to said
board, with his term to expire August 1, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Michael Guthrie be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld
County Community Corrections Board as the representative with law enforcement
background, with his term to expire August 1, 1996.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of March, A.D. , 1994.
