HomeMy WebLinkAbout910580.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION 111353 - JOHN AND JUNE PARAL, C/O KEN LIND WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with the request for Recorded Exemption 111353 which was submitted by John and June Paral, c/o Ken Lind, for property which is located in part of Section 5, Township 6 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on July 3, 1991, at which time the Planning staff recommended the Board continue said matter until July 10, 1991 at 9:00 a.m. , due to a scheduling conflict. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that this matter be, and hereby is, continued to July 10, 1991, at 9:00 a.m. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the follo wing vote on the 3rd day of July, A.D. , 1991.
