RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF DAN DAILEY AND THOMAS GONZALEZ TO WELD COUNTY
JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Juvenile Community
Review Board, due to a revision in the board's bylaws which expanded said board,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dan Dailey be appointed to said board
as the mental health representative, and
WHEREAS, it has also been recommended that Thomas Gonzalez be appointed to
said board as the citizen representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Dan Dailey to said board,
with his term to expire November 1, 1994.
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Thomas Gonzalez to said
board, with his term to expire November 1, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Dan Dailey be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld County
Juvenile Community Review Board as the mental health representative, with his
term to expire November 1, 1994.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Thomas Gonzalez be, and hereby is,
appointed to said board as the citizen representative, with his term to expire
November 1, 1995.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of March, A.D. , 1994.
