RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS OF CHARLES HOFF AND DALE BUTCHER TO LOCAL ENERGY
IMPACT AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW TEAM
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Local Energy Impact and Community
Development Review Team, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Charles Hoff, as a mayor of a Weld
County community, and Dale Butcher, as the energy industry representative, be
appointed to said team, to replace R. Edgar Gieck and Ronald Hanson respectively,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Charles Hoff and Dale
Butcher to said team.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Charles Hoff and Dale Butcher be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Local Energy Impact and Community Development Review Team.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of May, A.D. , 1993.
