HomeMy WebLinkAbout900832.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1679 - MARTINEZ WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 12th day of September, 1990 , considered the request of Vincente for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows : Lot 6 , Block 66 , Aristocrat Ranchettes Subdivision, Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) The applicant obtaining a building permit for the mobile home prior to locating the mobile home on the property; 2) A septic permit shall be obtained from the Weld County Health Department prior to the issuance of a building permit; 3) Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit evidence that Aristocrat Ranchettes Water Project is supplying water in such a manner as to be adequate in quality, quantity and dependability for the proposed use; and 4) The mobile home shall not be located on the property until such time that the building permit has been ussued and Conditions 1 , 2 , and 3 have been complied with.
