UI i*T respectfully requests that the taxes assessed against the above property for the years A. D. 19...89..., 19.99 , are erroneous, illegal, or due to error in valuation for the following reasons: (Completely describe the circumstances surrounding the incorrect value or tax.) In accordance with Senate Bill 91-231, petitioner requests review and adjustment of the 1989 and 1990 assessed value. Subject's over-valuation is verified by the assessment reduction the property received in 1991 and is further verified by the attached report. Summation: In the '91 protest, we showed that this property was bought in an arms length transaction in 8601. We compromised on the value at $51,000. For the 1989/90 assessment period, a Jan '86 sale is just one market period removed from the primary window of 8701 to 8806. Accordingly, the value of $51,000 is even m 'e appropriate for the 89/90 assessment period. Petitioner, then, requegts the 89/90 valuations be adjusted to $51,000 actual value.
