RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO WELD COUNTY UNDESIRABLE PLANT
MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Undesirable Plant
Management Advisory Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that William Erickson be reappointed to
said commission, and
WHEREAS, it has also been recommended that Catherine Miller be appointed
to said commission, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint William Erickson to said
commission, with his term to expire August 19, 1996, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Catherine Miller to said
commission, with her term to expire August 19, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that William Erickson be, and hereby is, reappointed to the
Weld County Undesirable Plant Management Advisory Commission, with his term to
expire August 19, 1996.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Catherine Miller be, and hereby
is, appointed to said commission, with her term to expire August 19, 1996.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of October, A.D. , 1993.
