RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT AND APPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY JUVENILE COMMUNITY
REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Juvenile Community
Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Larry Grauberger, Division of Youth
Services representative, be reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, it has also been recommended that Mark Rapp, as the local bar
association representative, and Terri Olivas, as a citizen representative, be
appointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Larry Grauberger to said
board, with his term to expire November 1, 1996, and
WHEREAS, the Board also deems it advisable to appoint Mark Rapp and Terri
Olivas to said board, with their terms to expire November 1, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Larry Grauberger be, and hereby is, reappointed to the
Weld County Juvenile Community Review Board, with his term to expire November 1,
1996.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Mark Rapp and Terri Olivas be, and
hereby are, reappointed to said board, with their terms to expire November 1,
1996.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of December, A.D. , 1993.
