RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING TWO TAX ABATEMENT PETITIONS FROM DIVERSIFIED
OPERATING CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with two Tax Abatement Petitions,
Schedule Numbers 0-0086289 and 0-0151888 from Diversified Operating Corporation
on properties described as:
LEASEHOLD INT 16,20,21,28 8 58 (SOONER UNIT) and
LEASEHOLD INT NW4NE4/SE4NE4 8 8 58 (LILLI 2-8 & 8-8)
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on March 7, 1994, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said petitions one week to allow
the Assessor to confirm that said petitions are for the year 1993, not 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the two abovementioned Tax Abatement Petitions from
Diversified Operating Corporation be, and hereby are, continued to March 14,
1994, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of March, A.D. , 1994.
