APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS The Department of Planning Services has determined through the review that the standards of Section 9-2 E. (1) (a) through (m) of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations have been met. A Weld County septic permit is required for the proposed home and its septic system shall be installed according to the Weld County Individual Sewage Disposal System (ISDS) regulations.
