RESOLUTION RE: STATE HY. 52
Commissioner Magnuson offered the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado requests the State Highway
Commission appropriate funds for the improvement of State Highway
No. 52 starting at the point of completion and going east by matching
money with the State and Federal governments, and _ -- _ . - --- -- -- - - -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that they will and do hereby agree to put up
$ 50,000.00 matching funds for improving State Highway No. 52 beginning
at the point of completion and going east, in the year, 1953.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Andersen and the
resolution adopted by the following vote:
