RE: APPROVE SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACT WITH ZOYIOPOULOS AND ASSOCIATES, INC. AND
AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN - BRIDGE 60.5/29A
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Supplemental Contract with
Zoyiopoulos and Associates, Inc. , with the further terms and conditions being as
stated in said contract, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said
contract, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Supplemental Contract with Zoyiopoulos and Associates,
Inc. be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is,
authorized to sign said contract.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of November, A.D. , 1991.

SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACT
By mutual agreement, this supplemental agreement dated November 8, 1991,
between Weld County and Zoyiopoulous & Associates, hereby amends the contract
between these two entities dated April 3, 1991, for engineering services to
replace the bridge on Weld County Road 60.5 over Sheep Draw, between Weld
County Road 29 and Weld County Road 30 near Greeley, Colorado.
I. In Section IV, Paragraph H, change the lump sum compensation as
follows:
I. Engineering Study $ 9,840.00
2. Preliminary Engineering $ 8,610.00
3. Final Engineering $ 3,690.00
4. Construction Engineering $ 1,720.00
5. Final Project Close-out $ 740.00
6. "Total Lump sum not to be exceeded
without a Change Order" amount from
$22,100.00 to $24,600.00
II. In Section V, change the time of performance as follows:
The preliminary design will be submitted to the County for review
within twenty-four (24) days of the authorization to proceed. The
final design will be submitted to the County for review within forty-
five (45) days of the date of authorization to complete design.
