Subject: Special Use Permit #208 located in Lot A of RE-474, in part of
the NE4 of Section 25, T2N, R63W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado.
Dear Mr. Howard: -
Thank you for your June 10 letter. The Department of Planning Services'
staff has reviewed your letter and case file SUP-208. The staff has
determined that SUP-208 is a valid Special Use permit for a maximum of
3,600 head of cattle and pens as indicated on the plans and application
material on file. A copy of the plan map is attached. The property shall
be maintained in compliance with the attached notes and Conditions of
Approval on the Commissioners Resolution.
The Board of County Commissioners on March 27, 1991, determined that the
four pens constructed on the south side of the approved plan map were not
considered to be an expansion of the approved Special Use permit provided,
that the number of livestock does not exceed 3,600 head.
