Dear Mr. Collins:
Thank you for the information submitted to the Department of Planning
Services regarding the addition of a 60 x 43 r. 14 foot metal storage
building on property subject to SUP #89:71:5.

After reviewing your request and the petition signed by surrounding property
owners, the •Weld County Commissioners and the Department of Planning
Services' staff has determined that your proposal is not a material
deviation from the plans and development standards approved January 4, 1990.
Prior to the start of construction you will need to call the Weld County
Building Inspection Department to see what building permits are required.
