Gentlemen:
In lieu of the 40 to 70 day processing time for our application of
resubdivision on the above referenced property, we respectfully
request a preliminary building permit to begin construction of a
foundation for our home which is scheduled for delivery on December
3 , 1994.
We take full responsibility and will not hold Weld County liable
for any discrepancies concerning the resubdivision.
