RE: APPROVE 1991 AIDS CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant
to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the
authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with the 1991 AIDS Contract, commencing
January 1, 1991, and ending December 31, 1991, with the further terms and conditions
being as stated in said Contract, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said Contract,
a copy of which is attached hereto and incoporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the 1991 AIDS Contract be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is,
authorized to sign said Agreements.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of January, A.D. , 1991.

Dear Dr. Gordon:
This Letter of Approval is to notify you that the amount of
funds set forth in the AIDS education contract number C377674,
paragraph 10 for calendar year 1991 is a sum not to exceed
$21, 680 dollars. If you agree with this change, please sign
all the enclosed copies of the Letter of Approval and return
them to Jean Finn at the STD/AIDS Section, as soon as
possible.

AIDS Education Contract
Subject:
Enclosed for Board approval is a letter of approval for the AIDS Education
Contract for the Period January 1, 1991 through December 31, 1991. The Weld
County Health Department will receive $21,860 to provide AIDS public
information services, AIDS education services, and serve as a local AIDS
education resource for school districts in Weld County. This contract amount
is an increase of $2,200 over the prior year's contract.
